Positive: Spacious open living flowing out to the balcony. Down the Lane provides relative quiet and privacy considering it's bustling proximity, Johnnie is an absolute pleasure to deal with, making our stay a magnificent event to cherish.
Negative: Perhaps a small covered area on a part of the balcony.
Not discovering the apartment years ago!

Positive: Central and large living space
Negative: Cleaning was average with hair left in the shower drain.
The projector was old and not bright enough to watch in daylight. A large flat screen smart tv would have been so much better.

It was stark & basic accommodation with second hand furniture. The bed was squeaky. There was no tea towel to dry the very few items of crockery so used the apron instead. The thing it has going for it is the location, close to amenities, city etc. There is room for a wardrobe and full length mirror as well as hooks on the wall which it needs. Not worth the price charged.
