A Cottage In Richmond

Apart from the Wi-Fi we loved the little cottage Positive: We like the fireplace and convenience of the location Negative: The fact that it was advertised that we would have Wi-Fi we did not!! The TV had no Wi-Fi connected at all so no movies! We could connect to the Wi-Fi on our devises though it kept dropping out and was really bad connection, as we were both working Durning our holiday we were both unable to connect to the Wi-Fi on our devises and were unable to work. the phones worked better on our phone connections only.

Disappointed start but overall good Positive: Loved the area we were in. The staff we dealt with were very nice. Negative: Sad to say when we arrived it had not been set up for our arrival. The accommodation had not been cleaned up after the previous people's stay. There were no clean sheets or towels. Once the cleaner arrived and made the bed and left fresh towels it was an enjoyable stay. It was lacking any blankets which I found unusual for such a cold time of the year. Also a vacuum would have been handy.
