Eaglehawk Pavilions – Oceanview Coastal Retreat

Positive: Great view, lovely cabin, modern, everything worked well Negative: Squeaky bed

Positive: The self contained accommodation was good to have. The view was great. Negative: Nothing. If there's one thing - self automated lights on the path when we get home would be a blessing. The beds were a tad soft for me - but it could just be a personal preference thing.

A very pleasant stay at Eaglehawk Pavilions in a very lovely location. Positive: We booked both Pavilions for 3 nights. We stayed in No. 1 the larger of the two and found it to be lovely and bright with pretty views and bird life around. Our friends were in No.2 and were very happy there. The facilities were very good and the host, Johnnie very responsive. Negative: There were a few issues that needed rectification. None of them were fixed during our time there but overall this didn’t detract from our stay.

Positive: Bed very comfortable. Negative: The driveway, if another car is up there you have to reverse down onto the road which is 100km on a bend. Teabags other than Peppermint or Green would have been appreciated.

Positive: Location Negative: Needs some care. The driveway is unacceptable and dangerous. The toilet door needs fixing. The bed needs replacing. Very squeaky and uncomfortable. Also could do with a thorough clean.
