It is a great location for exploring the Tasman peninsula. An easy drive to everything that’s on offer. In hindsight we Positive: Everything was clean and the view is amazing. Negative: Everything thing was fine

Positive: The view was spectacular, it was nearby port arthurs look outs unfortunately tasman arch and blow hole were closed. The checkin process was also seamless despite the host being remote. I thoroughly enjoyed waking up with such an amazing view and having the bed right by the window Negative: The stairs up to villa 2 could be well lit, there are lights on the pathway but seems to be not working during our stay

A very pleasant stay at Eaglehawk Pavilions in a very lovely location. Positive: We booked both Pavilions for 3 nights. We stayed in No. 1 the larger of the two and found it to be lovely and bright with pretty views and bird life around. Our friends were in No.2 and were very happy there. The facilities were very good and the host, Johnnie very responsive. Negative: There were a few issues that needed rectification. None of them were fixed during our time there but overall this didn’t detract from our stay.

Other then the things mentioned, we did enjoy our visit Positive: Liked the view after the gardener had been to chop bushes down, liked how quiet the area was. Negative: Did not like the 3 flights of gravel steps up to Pavilion & having to cart our luggage up them as well, when we first arrived steps were overgrown with bushes and were very wet, so we got saturated. There was no where to put luggage, except on the floor, the cupboards at the head of bed were taken up with cleaning utensils & cleaning products, we were told in email to be careful not to go too fast on driveway, but problem with driveway was that you had to reverse out on stones & on a blind corner that caused you to brake & slide. The rather expensive curtains that we we told to be gentle with were already damaged when we turned up, so we have taken pictures of them. The plug in bathroom sink does not work either.

We loved it and would return, no worries Positive: All good Negative: Pruningthe bushes to improve the beautiful view, and a tea towel. These are very minor issues, we loved it
