Positive: Convenient location. Nicely appointed. Secure.
Negative: Although the studio itself is nice, the noise from the upstairs rental was not. Disturbing and disruptive.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this property to my family and friends due to the noise upstairs from day to day activities.
