West Hobart Studio, Parking, Walk to City & Eats

Place was good however the sound proofing between the Walls was quite bad and we could hear every conversation that the people in the loft were having and then walking in the loft was also very loud through the floor, the shower would also leak and flood the floor in the bathroom. Bit other then being nit picky the stay was lovely and the place was clean and organised and close to the city. Also hosts were very nice and prompt

There are shops within walking distance for groceries and pubs and eateries. The city is a 4 minute drive but a 25 minute walk and the location is in a quiet but central area.The host was very helpful and quick to respond which we appreciated Parking at the property was always available although busier some days.The property is a spacious studio and very comfortable. An electric frypan would be a nice addition to an otherwise well supplied kitchen. Access was easy although outside lughting needed fixing.We enjoyed our week's stay here and would recommend this property.

Great place to stay and just a 10 minute walk (I don't wak fast) to restaurants and bars and a short Uber ride to the harbourside. Very clean and well equipped.

Positive: Convenient location. Nicely appointed. Secure. Negative: Although the studio itself is nice, the noise from the upstairs rental was not. Disturbing and disruptive. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this property to my family and friends due to the noise upstairs from day to day activities.
