Central & Private Bay Retreat Close to Salamanca

Panoramic views over Sandy Bay, a beautiful place to stay Positive: Loved the amazing view, loved having two bathrooms/toilets (visiting with grown up son), loved the location which was a very short walk into Sandy Bay and all its restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, as was the lounge room couch and the kitchen was a good size with a full size fridge. It was a wonderful seven days and very good value for money.

Great location, cute balcony views.....interesting home. Positive: The location is a great distance from city centre. Liked that there was heating during our winter stay in Tasmania. Was very easy to get in touch with the host, and the host always kept us informed about the accommodation situation, great communication. Loved that there was a good view looking out the balconies. Negative: We hired a car so it was a bit tricky you have to manually put into google the direction to the carpark for the unit, the host sent a message about that in advance. Just a heads up, old building hot water situation, don't take long showers, it may take a few minutes to heat up, luckily we were ok, and the host lets you know in advance. We were asked to put the bins out for rubbish day pick up, I've never booked a house with booking.com before so wasn't sure if that is normal or not with other house bookings.
