Apart from the hot water issue, excellent facilities.
Positive: Location was beautiful, host was very easy to deal with and prompt with replies. The entrance room with the floor vent was particularly good for drying wet clothes. Beds were comfortable.
Negative: The small cottage had no hot water, and it took a couple of days to sort out the issue. The large house gas tanks were both empty about halfway through, and we had to hook up a small bbq tank so we had water and gas for cooking. I would suggest please make sure that that at least one gas tank is full for each stay, you can't rely on guests to tell you when they are empty!
