Positive: Great value for money in a comfortable, renovated home. Handy location for accessing the Maria Island ferry.

Positive: It was close to ferry for Maria island Negative: Very sterile and cold environment, did not match pictures. Owner or caretaker seemed to have a lot of conditions, and wanted us to take garbage out and dispose of it.

no coffee,tea,sugar a few dark marks on one top sheet and one face washer Positive: needs a better clean and couch had crumbs and other food scraps down side of cushion and loose cushion looked dirty brown mark on one top sheet and one face washer no coffee, tea bags and sugar on arrival all container where empty check in ran out to after 4 pm which was a pain and washing we needed was hanging on line and looked like dirty sheets from the quest before us where in their cleaning cupboard .just small thing wrong but we paid hard earned money to stay. lovely location close to the cruise we went on . did contact manager good response to faults think they will be addressed Negative: comfortable beds and close to cruise and shops and everything worked in house enough room for everyone we had four travellers , house needed better clean. manager was easy to talk too think faults will be address
