Sandy on the Hill: Cosy Apartment with Water Views

Negative: Parking space way too small. We parked mostly on the street.

Beautiful apartment close to Hobart with great views Positive: Large apartment, all rooms large.kichen well equipped. Bonus was a great laundry being able to to do washing was so good. View of Derwent River and Tasman Bridge, very pretty. Close to Hobart. Johnnie the manager was easily contacted polite and helpful. Would recommend this accommodation. We did not feel the property was value for money. Positive: The beds were very comfortable. The place was large and the partial view of the bridge etc was good. Negative: Booking.com, this property is definitely not the high rating you have given it. The place is old and tired and the "gardens" unkempt. Whilst there is an oven there is no ovenware, There were no wine glasses. Two cars do not fit in the garage, so we were fortunate that the second apartment guests had no car. The cupboards smell mildewy. The hand lotion in the bathroom smelt bad. There were large plastic palm trees in all rooms - seriously!!!

Great location, comfortable stay. Positive: The location was great and the house was very comfortable. The hosts tried very hard to help us with any difficulties we faced. Negative: We found the key a little difficult to access.
