Really enjoyed the unit to be closer to the ferry and the code shops etc would have been perfect Positive: Lovely unit very clean and comfortable Negative: For us it was atop far from the hear of Bellerieve We did not have a vehicle and it was too far to walk for the things we wanted to do

Good location and clean Positive: Good location, clean unit, easy to communicate with owners/property manager. Good view to Mt Wellington, got an awesome sunset Negative: Does not have a dishwasher mashine. For a family with kids its a hassle to wash everything. A bit expensive, but lower than others.

Much more than it appears on the outside! Modern and well equipped for a family stay! Positive: Really well equipped kitchen with unexpected extras thrown in as well! Air fryer, blender were much appreciated! Comfy beds and clean and spacious bathroom. Negative: A little bit small for a long stay, however everything was very comfortable so can't complain.

Little bell had all the facilities for a short stay and break in Hobart. Positive: Great location just out of the main city. Easy to get to and comfortable for a family of 4

Positive: The property was very clean with lovely decor, and had a good location. Negative: No dryer for clothes. It was hard to dry clothes on rainy days and cold weather. There was only one AC in the living room and the heat didn’t reach the bedrooms.
